The intermittent Moodle issue still remains, however we have now made some adjustments which should help to improve use of Moodle while the team continues work to resolve the underlying issue.

Students with coursework due should continue to submit it in Moodle in the usual way, but should report to their department as soon as possible if they have an issue doing so.

When using Moodle at the moment some actions may take longer than you would normally expect. Please be patient and don’t click to refresh/reload a page while an action is still in progress, unless you then see a 'service outage' message.

If you still have recurrent problems and are accessing Moodle via the student or staff portal, you may find that using Moodle Mobile (downloaded from the iTunes App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android) will provide you with a more stable platform to access your moodle spaces while we work to fix the underlying problem.
